Summary
We are looking for a driven Junior Finance Analyst to join our finance team in a southern European capital. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable execution, reconcile financial reports, and implement AI-driven optimization procedures. You will conduct ad-hoc analyses, provide business insights, and support month-end closing. Requirements include a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar field, 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, auditing, or consulting, advanced proficiency in English and the local language, and advanced spreadsheet skills. QualificationsEducational background in Management, Economics, Business, Finance, or similar.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting/investment banking/controlling/FP&A/Auditing in a multinational environmnent.Advanced Portuguese and English.Advanced level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
