Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building enterprise web applications, integrating with backend APIs, and developing scalable, high performance, responsive user interfaces.
You will work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver modern digital experiences using ReactJS and Adobe Experience Manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using ReactJS.Develop and customise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, dialogs, and client libraries.Build reusable frontend components and maintain coding standards.Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.Optimise applications for maximum performance, scalability, and accessibility.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel perfect interfaces.Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.Perform code reviews and mentor junior frontend developers.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.Required SkillsMinimum 7 years of frontend development experience.Strong expertise in ReactJS.Strong hands on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Experience developing AEM Components, Templates, Editable Templates, Experience Fragments, and Content Fragments.Experience working with AEM Headless CMS is preferred.Strong JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills.Experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux or similar state management libraries.Experience integrating REST APIs.Experience using Git and modern source control workflows.Good understanding of responsive design and cross browser compatibility.Experience with Webpack, npm, Yarn, or similar frontend build tools.Understanding of frontend security best practices.Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Adobe Experience Manager Developer certification is an advantage.Experience with CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.Knowledge of performance optimisation techniques and Core Web Vitals.Experience with enterprise CMS implementations.Soft SkillsExcellent communication skills.Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.Ability to work independently and within cross functional teams.Strong attention to detail.Ability to mentor junior developers.Strong organisational and time management skills.Nice to HaveExperience with GraphQL.Experience with Next.js.Experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).Experience working on large scale enterprise digital transformation projects.
