Job Title: C++ Software Engineer Client: Elite FinTech Firm Salary: Up to 700k PLN + Bonus Location: Warsaw(Hybrid) Sells: Cutting-edge tech, ownership of multiple greenfield projects, no red tape, a friendly/collaborative environment, beautiful offices! An Elite FinTech Firm is looking for the best Software Engineers around to join a top-tier team. The team is made up of some of the smartest individuals around (degree-educated Warsaw/McGill/NUS//MIT/Oxford) who have worked at some elite firms! This team have an unlimited tech budget and promote a great culture! Role They’ll find the best team to suit your skillset/interests but you could be working on: • Some of the world’s most performant infrastructure that deals with billions of data points every second • Building a high performance database built in C++ • Touching hardware and FPGA cards and learning how to optimize at a very low level • R&D work for functional programming (either pre-existing languages (such as Rust and Erlang), or purpose-built languages similar to OCaml • Building out Machine Learning Infrastructure and tweaking research models Skills They are fully open to experience level and will find good fits for the best peopleStrong experience with modern C++Fantastic educationExperience working in mission critical environments where speed, reliability and scalability are the most important attributes
