Observability Engineer / APM Consultant

Strong hands-on experience with IBM Instana and Dynatrace.Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and enterprise observability platforms.Strong understanding of monitoring concepts including metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and distributed systems.Experience troubleshooting application performance issues in complex environments.Knowledge of cloud, hybrid cloud, and enterprise application architectures.Experience working with DevOps practices and production support environments.Instana certification and/or Dynatrace certification.Previous experience working within the banking/financial services industry is an asset.Experience with IBM technologies, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other cloud-native technologies.Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Performance Engineering Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
