You own the adoption strategy and value roadmap for AI powered agentic solutions across SIXT operations, ensuring measurable business impact and scalable deployment successYou identify, prioritize and sequence high impact use cases based on business value, technical feasibility and operational readinessYou define scalable operating models for autonomous teams, establishing governance, success metrics, escalation paths and delivery structuresYou align executive stakeholders across divisions, creating a shared vision and driving strategic initiatives through clear milestones and transparent communicationYou remove organizational and technical blockers to accelerate time to value while building business cases, quantifying ROI and tracking realized value across deployment initiativesYou design and drive change management initiatives while establishing cross functional rituals that ensure sustainable adoption, transparency and momentum beyond the pilot phaseYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You bring several years of experience in client facing roles such as program management, management consulting or technology strategy within complex enterprise environmentsTrack Record You have proven success building and scaling AI, automation and digital product initiatives with measurable business impactBusiness Acumen You are comfortable building business cases, quantifying value and thinking with a P&L mindsetStakeholder Management You confidently collaborate with senior leaders and navigate complex matrix organizationsKnow how You understand AI and ML fundamentals, agentic architectures and enterprise governance principlesCommunication You translate complex technical topics into clear and compelling narratives for both technical and non technical audiences and communicate fluently in English, while German is considered a strong plusWHAT WE OFFER
