Summary

Support inbound material flows by tracking air and sea shipments, coordinating customs clearance, reviewing shipping documents, preparing packing and receiving records, and working closely with logistics partners, warehouses, and internal stakeholders. You will also assist with import-related orders, delivery planning, damage inspections, and insurance claims. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, have 1–2 years of customs clearance experience, demonstrate excellent English communication, strong analytical and quantitative abilities, attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Programming knowledge is an advantage.

Completing shipments documents on the share drivePrepare Packing lists and share them with stakeholders for material lists checksSend Goods receiving forms and notes to the warehouses and acc. Department and update IDC sheetCoordinate with Ex33 and customs broker to prepare Cargo X ‘ documents for Air shipments for (MB and EGA) Prepare and coordinate supporting documents required for customs clearance, form 4Support in placing Ex33 orders and follow up material arrival Support in follow up sea shipments and pre alerts Follow up sea shipments delivery to plant in arrangement with assembler fore receiving and preparations based on capacity In case of insurance claim, record all damages and details to inform the insurance company.Participate in the Damage inspection process with the Insurance agent and provide additional information.Arrange with insurance surveyor any needed visits or actions. Issue the Insurance Claim weekly and following the re-imbursement process.Follow up with the insurance company until claim settlement.
