Software Developer
Location Germany | Remote / Hybrid
We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in industrial automation and communication systems to join an innovative engineering team working on building automation solutions.
In this role, you will develop and maintain software applications using JavaScript and Node-RED, integrate field devices and controllers via industrial communication protocols, and help build intelligent automation solutions that connect equipment, sensors, and management systems.
You will work closely with engineers and project teams to design, test, and deploy reliable software in real-world industrial environments.
What We're Looking For
Experience in software development, ideally in industrial or automation environmentsStrong knowledge of JavaScript and Node-REDExperience with Modbus TCP and/or Modbus RTUUnderstanding of industrial communication protocols and fieldbus systemsExperience integrating PLCs, sensors, actuators, and automation devicesStructured and solution-oriented working styleGood English communication skills (German is a plus)
Nice to Have
Experience with refrigeration technology, HVAC, building automation, BACnet, MQTT, OPC UA, Docker, Linux, Git, SQL, IoT platforms, or cloud integration (Azure/AWS) would be highly beneficial.
