A fast-growing technology company is hiring a staff-level full-stack developer to help build AI-native products that improve business performance. You will take end-to-end ownership, deliver quickly without compromising quality, contribute substantial engineering experience, and influence both technology and team direction. Experience with Go and AWS is preferred, while strong software development fundamentals and exposure to AI technologies are important. Candidates must be based in the country and able to travel regularly to the office.

Staff Fullstack Developer (AI Native Development) | 4-5 stage process | Berlin office | €100,000-€150,000 per annum I am working with a very exciting start up with offices in 3 countries including a Berlin hub who are looking to make several senior hires! The business are utilising the most modern technology available to help transform other businesses into bettering financial performance & revenue. Yes you will be able to learn but they are also hoping you will bring a wealth of experience to have a major impact on the business & the team. Ideally you are based in Berlin but they are happy for people to live anywhere in Germany but MUST attend the office every 3 weeks for a few days. This cost is covered by the business. Skills: Several years in software developmentIdeally experienced with GO & AWS other technologies are totally fineEnjoy other programming languages Experienced/Exposed to AI products/technologiesEnjoy delivering work quickly but at high standardEnjoy end to end ownership Willingness to learn and be open to new ideasThrives in AI Native development environmentsInformation: Berlin - 2 days per week in officeOutside of Berlin is possible, but requires travel every 2 weeks4-5 stage interview process C1+ English Salary - €100,000-€150,000 per annum This is a very impactful, end to end role where you will see you work in action.
