Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role.
As a Senior Product Designer you will be responsible for create the components, tokens, and patterns that power our products.
You'll contribute to the processes that help our design practice scale.
You'll help make our system ready for the AI-powered workflows that are reshaping how design and engineering teams work.
This is a role for someone who is a systems craftsperson and a genuine collaborator.
You will get deep into the detail, writes documentation that actually gets used, and cares about how the system lands with the teams who depend on it.
AI fluency is central to this work, and we're looking for someone who brings curiosity and hands-on experience to that dimension of the role.
Reporting to the Senior Design Ops Manager you will be part of the Senior Design team, who Design System Craft, AI Integration and System Readiness, Collaboration and Mentorship, Contribute to How We Work
Salary range for this role, based on experience level is 60,600.00 - 75,800.00 per annum
You Will:
Have experience working on design systems in complex or multi-brand organisations.
You're comfortable with governance, contribution models, cross-team workflows, and the practical challenges of scaling a system across multiple product teams.
Be proficient in Figma, with command of design tokens, theming, component libraries, version control, and documentation platforms such as Storybook and Zeroheight.
Have hands-on experience using AI tools in your design workflow, whether that's generative design tools, AI-assisted prototyping, prompt-driven documentation, or design-to-code pipelines.
Think holistically about design, processes, and dependencies.
The value of the design system to a range of partners, and you're comfortable facilitating workshops and agreement conversations
