What You'll Do As a Product Engineer, you will contribute to the technical design and implementation of our groundbreaking new AI harness solution. You will own features and components end-to-end, moving beyond traditional SaaS paradigms to help build highly scalable, high-throughput AI infrastructure. This is a polyglot role. You'll need to understand product strategy, dig into user needs, and use that context to make smart decisions about what to build and how to build it.You're expected to absorb the problem space, prioritize effectively, uphold a high standard of engineering, and ship solutions that move the product forward. This role calls for someone who can break down challenges into iterative solutions, keep stakeholders informed, and find ways to unblock themselves. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scoped work and contribute to solving problems that enhance efficiency across the Engineering organization. Contribute to your first AI-driven product features with support from senior engineers. Within 180 Days, You'll You'll Independently deliver AI-driven product features end-to-end, with increasing complexity. Actively participate in design discussions and contribute to team best practices around secure and scalable AI development. Within 365 Days, You'll You'll Consistently deliver well-crafted, end-to-end AI-driven product capabilities that contribute to increased velocity and throughput. Serve as a reliable contributor who elevates team quality through strong technical work, thoughtful code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
