We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
Lead the modernization of an Assessment platform.
Architect and implement using technologies like TypeScript, React, React Native, Flutter, and GraphQL.
Establish and champion best-in-class engineering practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
Lead technical design discussions, perform code reviews, and provide hands-on guidance to the engineering team.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevSecOps practices.
Own the technical vision and architecture of the Assessment platform.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant portion in senior, staff, or principal-level roles.
Expert-level proficiency in modern application development including TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React, React Native, Flutter, Swift, and Kotlin.
Strong experience designing and consuming GraphQL and REST-based APIs.
Deep understanding of database design and performance, with hands-on experience using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and contributing to DevSecOps practices.
