Role Overview
We are looking for a Remote Web Developer (US) to help design, build, and optimize the platforms and web applications that power our global labeling workforce.
You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to build scalable, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces that make data annotation seamless and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Development: Design, build, and maintain intuitive front-end web interfaces for platform contributors and internal management teams.API & System Integration: Integrate core web platform features with underlying data pipelines, backend services, and third-party tools.Performance & Optimization: Ensure high-speed performance, responsiveness, and seamless UI/UX across complex interactive annotation tools.Maintenance & Reliability: Monitor application health, troubleshoot bugs, and implement standard security practices across our web products.Qualifications
Experience: At least 1+ years of professional web development experience, preferably working on interactive platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS products.Front-End Mastery: Strong proficiency in modern HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Next.js).Back-End Skills: Hands-on experience with server-side technology such as Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Go.Database & APIs: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.Location: Must be based in the United States and comfortable working in an async, remote-first environment.Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience with crowdsourcing platforms, data labeling tools, or gig-economy task workflows.
