The Role Work with and support engineers and business stakeholders to maintain and scale Lumi’s TypeScript/React lending, risk management, and customer service applications as the business grows.Improve reliability by identifying recurring issues, driving root-cause fixes, and reinforcing them through automation (code changes, scripts, workflows, alerts, runbooks).Provide second level support and also deliver incremental enhancements that lift performance, scalability, maintainability, and overall operability of existing applications. This Person Is Someone With… A deep passion for Operational Excellence and building, maintaining and improving applications systems that work for the business.Strong Experience in Typescript with and React Js.Strong full stack engineering fundamentals and experience working with distributed microservice systems.Strong capability diagnosing complex production issues, leveraging SRE practices and partnering with platform Engineering to drive durable reliability improvements.Disciplined coding practices, including unit + integration testing.Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and share with others.
