UI Engineer (React)
We're looking for a talented UI Engineer (React) to join a high-performing engineering team building modern, scalable web applications.
This is an excellent opportunity for a frontend-focused engineer who enjoys creating intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with backend engineers, product teams, and designers to deliver high-quality digital products.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.Build reusable, scalable UI components using modern frontend technologies and best practices.Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows.Implement responsive, mobile-first designs with a strong focus on accessibility and usability.Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver polished user experiences.Manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and troubleshoot application issues.Contribute to frontend architecture, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of commercial experience developing applications with React.js.Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or shadcn/ui.Strong understanding of responsive design principles using Flexbox, CSS Grid, and mobile-first development.Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, semantic markup, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data.Hands-on experience with state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Nice to Have
Experience with Next.js.Exposure to Node.js (Express or NestJS) or Python (FastAPI or Flask) for backend API development.Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB.Understanding of authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth2.Experience with data visualization libraries such as Chart.js, Recharts, or D3.js.Exposure to LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI-powered applications.Experience working with Azure or AWS cloud environments.Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
