Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities: Review and analysis of business requirements, functional and technical specifications for validity and feasibility.Development of comprehensive and well-structured test strategy, test plan, test case and automated test script.Functional and non-functional testing.Execution of manual and/or automated testing on new and existing features with high-quality test data.Defect tracking and analysis in collaboration with cross-functional team members, and test reporting.Creation and maintenance of test and quality related documentation.Product review and continuous improvement activities. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.Demonstrable involvement in software testing disciplines, preferably with professional qualifications from MSTB or ISTQB.Experience with automated testing tools on database as well as user interface level.Experience in web, mobile and performance testing.Knowledge of quality strategy, process and tools are advantageous.Working knowledge of Java, XML and various types of operating systems: Unix, Windows, Linux, etc is advantageous.Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated.Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.An understanding of oil and gas field operations is beneficial.3~5 years related working experience
