We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team focused on developing AI agents, along with the backend and frontend for related applications.
With 20+ agents launched, we accelerate innovation across critical industries.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions that drive measurable business outcomesContribute to the design and implementation of full-stack applications and AI-enabled solutions, supporting rapid development and deployment of GenAI use casesSupport delivery of solutions across the lifecycle—from prototyping through production rollout and iteration—ensuring reliability and usability in real-world environmentsApply LLM patterns such as retrieval/RAG, agent workflows and basic evaluation approaches to implement effective AI-driven functionalityParticipate in building and maintaining developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines and observability practices to support stable and efficient deliveryFollow strong engineering practices, including modularity, maintainability and production readiness, adhering to established standards and security guidelinesContribute as a hands-on engineer within the team, supporting implementation, collaborating with peers and helping resolve technical challengesDocument and share learnings from implementations to contribute to team knowledge and incremental improvements in delivery practices
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, contributing to delivery of production systemsKnowledge of at least one business domainWorking knowledge of backend or frontend development, with exposure to cloud services and standard development practicesExperience contributing to cloud-based applications, with focus on reliability, maintainability and code qualityExposure to AI/LLM-based solutions (e.g.
using APIs or basic RAG patterns) in practical implementationsCapability to collaborate with stakeholders and support translation of business requirements into technical solutionsStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work effectively within a teamSkills in building AI agents (TypeScript, .NET or Go)Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)English proficiency at B2 level or higher
