Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Provide technical leadership for a modern web platform using Angular/React, Java (Quarkus, Spring Boot), and Python Lead a cross-functional engineering team, raising technical standards and ensuring architectural and code quality alignment Drive AI-native development of the platform, designing agents, skills, and workflows for healthcare applications Collaborate with architecture, security, and other product teams to ensure consistency and integration Coach and mentor engineers to foster a high-performing, self-organized team What You'll Need Senior-level experience in engineering modern web applications with proven technical leadership University degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Strong knowledge of React/Angular, Java Spring Boot (Quarkus experience ideal), Python, Kafka, Terraform, and Cloud/DevOps practices (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD) Demonstrated effective use of AI in software engineering, including AI pipelines and context engineering Fluent in German and English, with strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset What's On Offer Flexible mobile work options (2 days remote, 3 days on-site) Fully equipped workplaces and regular company events Opportunities for professional development through an in-house academy and external partners On-site cafeteria with healthy meal options and a fully equipped gym with weekly classes Apply via Haystack today!
