We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
Design, develop, and operate modern web applications across a SaaS portfolio.
Integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences into products, utilizing LLMs, Retrieval, Tool-Use, and structured workflows.
Design, develop, and operate cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering to elevate engineering and AI-engineering quality.
Understand healthcare workflows and apply an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset to feature development.
What You'll Need
Several years of senior-level experience in full-stack engineering of modern web applications.
Deep knowledge in at least one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python).
Completed university degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
Proven practical experience with core technologies such as React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, C#, Kafka, Terraform, and Cloud/DevOps environments (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD).
Demonstrated effective use of AI in software engineering, including experience in designing AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering.
Fluent in German and English, with strong problem-solving skills, innovation drive, high proactivity, and excellent collaboration with Product Management.
