Perth, WA Build careers. Mobilise major projects. Leave the sales behind. Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Internal Talent Specialist looking to focus on what you do best? We're looking for an experienced Resourcing Consultant to join our growing team in Perth, supporting one of our long-standing infrastructure clients. This is a high-volume, delivery-focused role where you'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging and mobilising skilled blue-collar workers across major projects. If you enjoy building relationships with candidates, coordinating mobilisation and seeing projects come to life, this could be the perfect next step. The best part? The Role Working as an extension of our client's business, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume blue-collar positions. You'll work closely with hiring managers, coordinate workforce mobilisation and ensure candidates are ready to start safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: End-to-end recruitment for high-volume blue-collar roles.Candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.Managing talent pipelines for ongoing workforce requirements.Coordinating medicals, inductions, compliance and onboarding.Managing workforce mobilisation and start dates.Building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Maintaining accurate records within our recruitment systems.Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from application through to mobilisation. About You We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll ideally have: Previous experience in agency recruitment and internal talent acquisition is a must.High-volume recruitment experience.Previous workforce mobilisation or allocation experience (highly regarded).Experience recruiting within construction, infrastructure, mining, engineering or industrial sectors.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Full Australian working rights or relevant visa with proven recruitment experience.
