What You'll Be Working On
Design and develop backend services in Java, Go, Python, or Kotlin (use the language you're strongest in)Build reliable APIs and distributed systems that scale with growing demandOwn projects from design through deployment and production improvementsImprove performance, resilience, and developer experience across the platformWork closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to ship meaningful featuresInfluence technical decisions—not just implement someone else's roadmapWhat We're Looking For3+ years of professional backend development experienceStrong skills in Java, Go, Python, or KotlinExperience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databasesUnderstanding of software design, testing, and scalable backend architectureComfortable working in a collaborative, agile engineering environmentBusiness Japanese neededNice to HaveExperience with any of the following is a plus, but not required:
