Founding AI Engineer | Sydney, 4 days | $200,000 - $300,000 + Super + Founding Equity
An AI-native holding company is acquiring services businesses across Australia and New Zealand and rebuilding them as AI operations from the inside out.
Two founders and one founding engineer in seat.
Looking for the next one.
The model is genuinely unique - the platform runs every business in the portfolio, and what gets built today gets codified and deployed across every acquisition that follows.
The equity compounds the same way the platform does with engineers coming in at this stage getting terms the market rarely sees outside of being a literal co-founder.
That changes as the team grows, so the timing is the point.
The feedback loops are measured in days, the stakes are live operations and real revenue, and the upside for the right person is serious.
What you will be doing
