Role Description We are seeking a skilled Workday Developer with expertise in the Core HCM module to join our Workday Practice. This role involves configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Core HCM functionality, ensuring seamless integration with other Workday modules and supporting global HR processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM configuration.Knowledge of organizational structures, job profiles, and business process frameworks.Familiarity with the Workday security model and domain policies.Experience with Workday reporting tools.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.Preferred Experience Workday Certification in Core HCM.Experience with related modules such as:CompensationRecruitingAbsence ManagementPrior involvement in Workday implementation or optimization projects.Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
