Senior Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Provide professional, organizational, and people leadership for multiple software development teams Define and drive development strategies focused on robust SaaS architectures and cloud technologies Establish AI-native engineering as a standard, leveraging Claude Code, agents, and relevant tooling Ensure consistent adherence to processes, quality, and security standards, including healthcare regulatory requirements Synchronize product requirements with business objectives and communicate progress to executive management What You'll Need Extensive experience in software development leadership, particularly in SaaS and ideally healthcare, with successful cloud delivery Excellent university degree in computer science, software engineering, medical informatics, or a comparable technical field Strong technical acumen in SaaS architecture, cloud, distributed systems, security, and quality automation Proven track record of driving AI adoption in engineering teams, including familiarity with Claude Code or similar agentic tooling Deep experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean Management principles, with ability to scale Excellent English and very good German language skills What's On Offer Flexible mobile work option (two days a week remotely) Attractive locations with fully equipped workplaces and regular company events Opportunities for professional development through an in-house academy and external partners Health-focused benefits including an in-house canteen and fitness center with courses Apply via Haystack today!
