Software Engineer - AI Platforms & LLM Systems

As a Software Engineer at InSpace, you’ll work on AI-powered software, backend systems, workflow orchestration, integrations, and automation that power the next generation of AI-native marketing products. You’ll help build reliable systems that connect AI models, external platforms, customer data, and publishing workflows into scalable solutions. We move fast, experiment often, and use AI throughout both our product and engineering workflows Software Engineer We’re looking for a Software Engineer who combines strong technical execution with curiosity, ownership, and a passion for building reliable software. In this role, you’ll help expand and improve the core systems behind NOVA while growing your expertise across AI integrations, backend development, automation, and scalable platform engineering. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to translate customer needs into robust technical solutions. Beyond delivering features, you’ll contribute to engineering quality, and help improve how we build software in a fast-moving environment where learning, experimentation, and ownership are highly valued. This is a role with direct impact on product functionality, platform reliability, engineering effectiveness, and the continued evolution of our AI software platform. What You’ll Do Design, build, and improve software systems that power AI-driven marketing workflows across content generation, optimization, publishing, and reportingBuild and maintain workflow automations using tools such as n8n and custom backend servicesDevelop and maintain API integrations, webhooks, and external system connectionsBuild AI-powered workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, tool-calling, and orchestration frameworksImplement logging, monitoring, error handling, retries, and observability to improve platform reliabilityEvaluate and improve AI output through testing, guardrails, and continuous optimizationRapidly prototype new ideas and help transform successful experiments into stable production-ready solutionsUse AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex,, or similar tooling as part of your daily workflowCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to identify opportunities and solve customer problemsPerform code reviews, knowledge sharing, and helping each other grow Contribute to technical discussions by identifying trade-offs, risks, design considerations, and implementation approaches Who You Are You have 4–6 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Automation Engineer, or in a similar role.You have strong experience building software with TypeScript and Python.You have hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems.You have experience with, or a strong interest in, building AI-powered applications and workflow automations.Experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks is a strong plus.You are familiar with Google Cloud Platform, or similar cloud environments, and understand how to build reliable, scalable services.Experience with n8n, workflow orchestration, SaaS integrations, marketing technology, SEO tooling, or automation platforms is a strong plus.You can independently scope, design, and deliver solutions within your team or product area.You take ownership of your work and consistently deliver high-quality code with reliability, maintainability, and security in mind.You communicate clearly, raise blockers early, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You are eager to grow as an engineer, learn from senior engineers, and contribute to a collaborative team culture through code reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing.You actively stay informed about new technologies, engineering practices, AI tooling, and industry trends.You have experience with AI-assisted development tools and know how to use them effectively while maintaining engineering quality.You are curious about AI, LLMs, workflow automation, and how software engineering is evolving through AI.You are available full-time at our office at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.
