The Full Stack Developer / Business Analyst role combines technical software development with business analysis to deliver solutions that are both technically robust and aligned with organizational needs.
This role is responsible for gathering requirements, translating business objectives into technical specifications, and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of scalable applications.
On the technical side, the role involves developing and maintaining full-stack applications, including backend services, APIs, and user-facing interfaces.
It ensures seamless integration between systems, optimized performance, and reliable functionality across the application lifecycle.
The developer participates in system design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities while following established development standards and best practices.
On the business analysis side, the role engages with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify pain points, and define clear functional and non-functional requirements.
It involves documenting workflows, creating user stories, and supporting solution design to ensure alignment between technical delivery and business expectations.

Qualifications
