MTU Aero Engines Polska Sp. z o.o RPA Application Engineer (W/M Location Tajęcina Starter area IT Target group Professionals Contract type Full-Time Job ID 1308 Your responsibilities: Support and manage the RPA Citizen Development framework.Provide technical support and guidance to Citizen Developers.Monitor robot performance, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate issue resolution.Manage and operate UiPath Orchestrator, including robot scheduling, deployment, and monitoring.Administer and maintain the UiPath platform and related infrastructure.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes.Gradually take over responsibilities related to the maintenance of the RPA IT landscape, including UiPath environments and virtual machines.Contribute to the definition and enforcement of RPA governance, standards, and development guidelines. Our requirements: Experience working with UiPath as an RPA Developer, RPA Engineer or similar roleGood understanding of RPA development principles, best practices, and software development lifecycleExperience with: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Robot deployment and monitoring, Workflow troubleshooting and maintenanceBasic understanding of infrastructure concepts, including: Windows Server environments, Virtual Machines, Application deployment and maintenanceExperience supporting business users and non-technical stakeholdersAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and management skillsFluent English (written and spoken) Nice to have UiPath certification (Associate or Advanced Developer). Experience working in a Citizen Development environment. Experience with SQL, PowerShell, Python, or C#.Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Azure DevOps.Understanding of ITIL and application support processes.
