About The Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of geospatial intelligence platforms. You will work across the stack — from browser-based mapping interfaces to backend data pipelines — shipping features that solve real-world problems for our users. What You Will Do Design and build production features for Mapstage and other SixthFlow productsWork with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS on the frontendBuild and maintain Python-based APIs and data processing pipelinesCollaborate with the research team to bring AI and spatial intelligence into productionContribute to architecture decisions and technical directionWrite clean, tested, maintainable code What We Are Looking For 2+ years of experience in full stack developmentStrong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and PythonExperience with React or Next.jsFamiliarity with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and cloud services (AWS or GCP)Interest in geospatial data, mapping, or scientific computing is a plusAbility to work independently and communicate clearly in a small team Nice to Have Experience with GIS tools or spatial databases (PostGIS, QGIS)Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-codeContributions to open-source projectsExperience working in a startup environment What We Offer Flexible hybrid working from our Carlton, Melbourne officeOpportunity to work on meaningful, real-world geospatial problemsA collaborative, low-ego team cultureDirect impact on product direction and architectureCompetitive salary and growth opportunities
