What will you do? 📌 Design, build, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on reliability, security, and performance. 📌 Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to create reproducible, version-controlled environments. 📌 Own and continuously improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines, helping development teams build, test, and deploy software more efficiently. 📌 Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and establish cloud engineering best practices across the organization. 📌 Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to architectural decisions. 📌 Identify infrastructure bottlenecks, improve system performance, and proactively resolve security risks. You will thrive in this role if you: ✅ Have at least 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure-focused roles. ✅ Have strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and Lambda. ✅ Are confident working with Terraform, including module design, state management, and environment promotion. ✅ Have experience building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines. ✅ Are comfortable scripting in Bash or Python. ✅ Have worked with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. ✅ Communicate effectively, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and take ownership of your work. ✅ Are willing to participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week per month). Nice to have: Experience with AWS security services such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, or AWS Config will be an advantage.Knowledge of observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog is also a plus, as are AWS Solutions Architect or HashiCorp Terraform Associate certifications.Experience with AWS Organizations or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
