The goal is to get our teams to work together as soon as possible and to push each other further, not only technically. We are always happy when the team meets in our office 1–2 times a week, giving us the chance to have lunch together and see each other in person, rather than just online via Teams. Part of the collaboration also includes the management and maintenance of existing software. During development, we don’t just create a single application but rather a set of several cooperating applications with requirements for stability and availability. We are looking for someone to take charge of DevOps for our development teams, and we also expect collaboration on other projects in AppTime.
