An early-stage technology company is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to take broad ownership across a production web platform from the start. We are an early-stage, stealth-mode computer vision company.
We build software that turns live camera feeds into structured, useful information for industrial and commercial sites.
The product runs partly on hardware installed at customer premises and partly in the cloud, and it is already deployed with real paying customers.
We are hiring one full stack engineer.
This is an early engineering hire, so you will own real surface area from week one and your work will be in front of customers within days, not quarters.

Tasks
Build and ship features across the stack: React front end, FastAPI services, PostgreSQL data model
Build the dashboards and admin tooling that let non-technical operators configure the system themselves (sites, cameras, zones, rules, users, roles, notifications)
Design multi-tenant data models and enforce isolation properly, at the database levelWork with an event pipeline coming off edge devices: ingestion, deduplication, storage, querying, alerting
Wire up notification and reporting flows (messaging integrations, scheduled reports, exports)
Own deployment and observability for what you build: Docker, CI, Sentry, GrafanaSupport real customer deployments and fix what breaks, quickly
Requirements
3 to 5 years building production web applications end to endStrong React and TypeScript, with real judgment about component structure and state
Strong Python, ideally FastAPI or similar (Django, Flask, Litestar)
Solid relational database skills.
You can design a schema, read a query plan, and explain why a foreign key exists
Comfortable with Docker and shipping through CI, not from your laptop
Able to work from a rough requirement to a shipped feature without a spec written for you
Nice to have
Experience with video, streaming, or RTSP pipelines
Exposure to computer vision or ML systems in production (serving, inference, evaluation)
Experience with Linux on edge or embedded devices (NVIDIA Jetson or similar)
Multi-tenant SaaS experience, especially auth, roles, and audit logging
Anything you have built and shipped yourself, at any scale
