🎯 Responsibilities
Drive development across products supporting subscriptions, billing, and recurring payment setupBuild and refine member-to-studio payment flows, checkout experiences, and payment processingEnhance teacher payroll systems for scalable compensation managementWork on invoicing, refunds, disputes, compliance, and cash management featuresContribute to international expansion by adapting products to local financial regulationsLead efforts in a major back-office revamp using modern technologies, design systems, and frontend patternsCollaborate closely with Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams, translating technical decisions into business impact
