MUST HAVE REQUIRMENT :- At least 5 years of hands-on programming; formal work experience is not requiredConcrete implementation evidence in at least 2 of: Rust, Swift, TypeScript/Node.js backend, microservicesCan explain personal ownership of a high-concurrency, distributed, messaging, or reliability-sensitive backend systemAvailable for full-time, in-person work in San Francisco What you will build:- Build high-concurrency backend systems that support messaging, phone, and SMS workflows, including message routing and matching across customers.
