Description

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an AWS Engineer with a TS/SCI security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA. This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days telework). Kadiak, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Intermediate Developer to join our team supporting mission-critical operations for our government customer. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cloud platforms, automation tools, and infrastructure as code, with a passion for problem-solving and delivering efficient solutions to support existing IT application software on Unclassified, Secret and Top Secret enclaves. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Design, implement, and maintain automation code responsible for integration and delivery processesKnowledge of IT architectures, processes, and best practicesWork with system architects and developers to maintain and improve the automated solutions (e.g. Lambdas, Step Functions, internal applications)Focus on creating and maintaining automation scripts for repeatable tasksResearch and implement new tools/libraries to solve problems. Required Skills And Competencies 3+ years experience with Python or Typescript/JavascriptExperience integrating multiple 3rd party libraries togetherExperience being in a continuous integration and continuous deployment processUnderstanding of security vulnerabilities/complianceUnderstanding of basic web application architecture Additional Requirements 2+ years related experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience with AWS (e.g., CloudFormation, Lambda, Step Functions, SDK/boto3)Experience in continuous integration technology (e.g. GitLab, GitHub, Azure Devops)Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance with PolyAbility to work on-site in Vienna, VA (3 days per week)Experience with AWS cloud environmentsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong documentation and communication abilities Education Bachelor’s degree in related field Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy The company is an equal opportunity employer.
