Description
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
Plan, design, and build stable, recoverable, and integrated database systems.
Support IRIS databases on Linux, both on-premise and in the cloud.
Install, support, troubleshoot, and upgrade Epic systems like Health Connect, Claims Connect, and Membership Connect.
Collaborate with engineering teams and act as a 2nd level technical expert on specific platforms.
Leverage DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile practices to deliver resilient and secure solutions.
Participate in a 1-week on-call rotation approximately every two months.
What You'll Need
Minimum six (6) years of experience in an IT operations environment with distributed technologies, systems development, and/or networking.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in the planning, design, and implementation of security solutions.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in the configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and operation of security technologies.
Minimum one (1) year in a technical leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field; additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Ability to work Pacific time zone hours (11am - 8pm ET).
