Job Description As the first technical hire, you will build Leland Care’s core platform from scratch, developing the architecture, data ingestion pipelines, and AI intelligence layer. You’ll transform fragmented healthcare data into a proactive system of record, owning technical decisions and execution for a mission-driven startup preparing for 2026 health system pilots. What You Will Do Design and implement the complete technical architecture across four layers: data ingestion/storage, intelligence, action, and compliance.Build agentic AI systems that synthesize fragmented information from physicians, insurers, and pharmacies into actionable, coordinated support for seniors.Lead end-to-end development from initial concept through pilot launch, making high-leverage decisions on the tech stack and engineering culture.
