What You Will Do Own the reliability, performance, and multi-cloud infrastructure for ~100 microservices on Kubernetes across AWS, GCP, and Azure using Terraform and Helm.Lead critical initiatives across SRE, DevOps, and Platform engineering, focusing on automating away toil and designing resilient, self-healing systems.Drive incident response and post-mortems, tracing failures to root causes to ensure the platform meets the strict 24/7 demands of enterprise customers. The ideal candidate Brings 5+ years of experience operating large-scale production infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters within a high-growth, fast-paced product company.Possesses deep proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi) and automation programming in Python or Go, with a strong focus on "via negativa" simplicity.Already integrates AI-assisted workflows and agentic tooling into their daily shipping process, with clear opinions on where these tools excel and fail.
