Salary Range: $90,000 – $105,000

We are seeking a Region Engineer II to support our Wellhead product line by providing technical expertise to customers, field operations, engineering, and sales teams.
Position Summary
The Region Engineer II will serve as a technical resource for wellhead applications, supporting field operations, troubleshooting equipment performance, performing engineering calculations, and collaborating with customers to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for wellhead products and field operations.Support equipment installations, troubleshooting, and operational planning.Perform engineering calculations and analyses to verify product performance.Work directly with customers to understand challenges and develop solutions.Participate in well reviews, design reviews, and engineering change processes.Support investigations related to field issues, non-conformance reports, and operational performance.Prepare technical reports and customer documentation.Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.3–5 years of wellhead design engineering, wellhead field operations, or related experience.Strong understanding of wellhead systems and installation practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Valid driver's license.Preferred
Experience supporting drilling and completion operations.Knowledge of pressure control equipment and field installation practices.Experience working with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.Why Innovex?
