Description

SoSACorp has an immediate need for an experienced full-stack developer who can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. The location for this work is the Reston, VA area. Key Responsibilities Leverage advanced skills needed to build a system from vision to production-ready system.Learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates.Help customers overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches.Analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience with software developmentExperience with back-end developmentExperience with J2EE Web Development and Spring BootExperience with frameworks, including Flask or DjangoExperience with API development including REST architectural styleKnowledge of Agile methodologyCurrent DoD TS/SCI (in DISS). Additional Qualifications 3+ years of experience developing backend software2+ years of experience developing in a microservices architectureExperience with JavaScript, Java Beans, JSP, JMS, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, CSS, DHTML, HTML or XMLExperience with network security, including access and authorization for PKI and chain trustingKnowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, and GitLabAbility to understand front-end users’ requirementsAbility to investigate root causes and provide corrective actionsDoD 8570 Compliant Security+ or CISSP Certification SoSACorp is an equal opportunity employer.
