OPGT MOD 2 – Senior Software Developer (Dynamics 365 CE, Integrations, F&O) – 184+497 Days – [PM&Enhan]
Assignment Type
Onsite, 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks).
Scope
The Software Developer supports enhancements for the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) Modernization program, beyond the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Working within an integrated team of internal and vendor resources, the role delivers configurations, customizations, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems.
Responsibilities include translating approved technical designs and user stories into tested, deployable solutions aligned with architecture, security, and development standards.
Deliverables
Dynamics 365 Configuration: Design, develop, and implement CE configurations, extensions, and custom components.Integration & Data Flow: Implement and support integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise systems, and external applications.Production Ready Solutions: Deliver unit‑tested, performant, maintainable code meeting quality and security standards.Testing & Defect Resolution: Support system, integration, and UAT testing by resolving defects and validating data accuracy.Deployment & Stabilization: Participate in deployment and provide technical support post‑go‑live.Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Contribute to technical documentation and share knowledge with project teams.Mandatory Requirements
5+ years developing and supporting enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.Proven experience with configurations, customizations, and integrations in complex enterprise environments.Experience supporting iterative/enhancement‑driven delivery (post‑MVP).Experience working within structured governance and security frameworks.Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), especially integration/data interaction contexts (preferred).Desired Skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform: CE development/configuration, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.Application Development: C#, JavaScript, Power FX; integration/data flows across enterprise systems.Cloud & DevOps: Azure hosting/integration concepts, CI/CD, DevOps practices.Collaboration: Experience in cross‑functional teams, adherence to architecture/security standards.Evaluation Criteria
