This role will support the definition, prioritization, and delivery of IT software products and features that enhance transit operations, particularly within the public sector and bus services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, product ownership, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and requirements engineering, with demonstrated experience supporting transit agency operations, public sector environments, and technology-driven business transformation initiatives.
