How You'll Make Impact
Lead SW development team members Coordinate SW development activities across agile teams.
Manage the release process ensuring on-time delivery Ensure alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
Cooperate with Department Leaders, QA, UX and Embedded SW specialists Provide technical mentorship, support technical and interpersonal skills development of SW team members.
Drive continuous improvement in SW development processes and tools.
Lead adoption of Artificial Intelligence in SW development.
Support software development with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Enhance code reviews strategy, ensure adherence to coding standards, quality & best practices. Focusing on safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your Background
At least 5 years of experience in backend or frontend software development.
3+ years of experience as a Team Leader.
Experience in SW Development coordination role e.g.
Product Owner or Scrum Master, is an advantage.
BSc or MSc degree in IT from Computer Science, Telecommunication or IT university.
Strong Experience in at least one of: C++, C#, Java/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python. Experience with applications testing.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools e.g.
Jenkins, ADO.
Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Databases (PostgreSQL).
Driving mindset, strong problem-solving skills, focus on quality, pragmatic, solution oriented.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
