We're looking for people who — like us — enjoy building cool shit and solving complex problems without beating around the bush. What you'll do You Build Complete Solutions, Not Just 'lipstick'. We Choose Technology Based On The Problem, Not The Other Way Around. Currently We Work Most With Backend: .NET, Spring Boot Frontend: Next.js (SSR, modern standards) Mobile: Flutter The tech stack isn't set in stone. What if you don't know everything? Maybe you're at home in .NET, but Flutter is new? Or you've mastered Java (Spring), but need a refresh on React? No problem. We're looking for an engineering mindset, not an encyclopedia. In 2026, a good engineer (with our mentoring and AI tools) learns a new language in one weekend — at least enough to be productive on Monday. What we're looking for Backend Logic You understand databases, APIs, security, and architecture. Agility You get a problem -> you research (docs/AI) -> you solve the problem. Independence You know agile concepts, especially taking ownership of a task, while understanding that SCRUM isn't the bible.
