Job Description: We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our remote team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android using the Flutter framework. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. - Collaborate remotely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement features. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experiences on both iOS and Android platforms. - Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes. - Stay current with Flutter updates and mobile development best practices. Requirements: - 3+ years of professional experience in mobile application development. - Proficient in Flutter and Dart. - Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and the development lifecycle. - Experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs. - Hands-on experience deploying applications to the App Store and Google Play Store. - Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment. - Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
