About Your Role We are looking for an experienced Backend C#/.NET Developer to join our team focused on product features and new mechanics. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and maintaining scalable and fault-tolerant server solutionsImplementing and evolving reliability and availability practicesDiagnosing and optimizing server code and databasesProviding timely solutions for production environment issuesWorking in a small team where backend developers also take part in game design discussions and influence decision-making We hope that you have 5+ years of commercial development experienceProduct mindset with experience working on player-facing features, collaborating with product teams, and taking ownership of features from design to productionStrong knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET CoreExperience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)Experience with caching systems and messaging technologies (Redis, Memcached, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)Understanding of good application architecture principlesExperience handling high loads (multiplayer game sessions, world maps, LiveOps)Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)Understanding of DDD principlesRussian language proficiency What We Offer Healthcare Medical care program (including dental service) or medical care compensation are available for you wherever you wish to work.
