Frontend Developer (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AWS)
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team focused on implementing experiments, personalization initiatives, and user experience improvements directly on the website through frontend code injection platforms, without requiring backend or server access.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement website personalization initiatives and experiments using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.Work with frontend code injection platforms (such as Chameleon, Optimizely, VWO, or similar) to deploy changes without modifying the backend.Collaborate with the UX/UI Design team to translate prototypes and wireframes into production-ready implementations.Partner with the Analytics team to define measurement parameters and interpret experiment results.Query and manipulate databases hosted on AWS to support specific personalization initiatives (user segmentation, targeted offers, etc.).Participate in backlog prioritization alongside the Product Owner, providing realistic effort estimates.Document implemented changes and provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.Propose technical improvements that contribute to business objectives, going beyond simply executing requirements.

Technical Requirements
JavaScript (Intermediate to Advanced): DOM manipulation, event handling, and performance best practices.Advanced CSS skills, including responsive layouts, animations, and cross-browser compatibility.Semantic and accessible HTML.Experience working with AWS services, particularly storage and database solutions such as S3, DynamoDB, or RDS.Previous experience with frontend code injection or experimentation platforms (e.g., Chameleon, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar) is preferred but not required.Basic understanding of A/B testing methodologies and web experimentation.Backend knowledge is a plus; however, this role is 100% frontend-focused.

Advanced conversational English with strong verbal and written communication skills.Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand the commercial impact of technical solutions rather than simply delivering requirements.Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with Design, Product, and Analytics teams.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working in CRO, Growth, or Conversion Optimization teams.Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.Experience with version control systems (Git).Experience supporting multiple markets or countries simultaneously.
