About The Role We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our Multibanking team at Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our cloud-based multibanking platform, which handles an impressive volume of transactions daily. Your primary focus will be on creating seamless, secure, and scalable web applications that serve thousands of users, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product owners, and backend engineers, to deliver innovative features that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise will help us maintain a high standard of code quality, system stability, and performance, contributing directly to the ongoing success and expansion of our digital banking solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a proven track record of building modern, scalable banking or financial software. You should have a strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, with proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development. On the backend, experience with Spring Boot (Java) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL is essential. Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda, is highly desirable. You should be committed to writing clean, maintainable code and practicing Test Driven Development (TDD). Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in collaborative team environments are also important. Fluency in German at Level C2 is required for effective communication within our team and with stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop and maintain our cloud-based multibanking platform, contributing to both frontend and backend components to deliver a full-stack solution.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, implement, and improve features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the platform to handle high transaction volumes reliably.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes to uphold quality standards.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, actively suggesting innovative approaches and tools for continuous improvement.Engage in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to promote a productive team environment.
