Employment Type: Full-Time Core business hours with on-call availability Security Clearance: minimum T3 required Job Summary We are looking for a talented PHP Software Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs for a federal government IT program. You will work within a DevSecOps/Agile framework to develop secure, accessible, and high-quality software solutions, participate in code reviews and testing, and support the sustained availability of mission-critical government applications. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs for a federal government clientWork within DevSecOps/Agile framework across the full SDLCBuild and maintain front-end and back-end components following Section 508 and U.S. Web Design StandardsPerform code reviews, code scans, and vulnerability remediation using Fortify and SonatypeDevelop and maintain technical documentation and code documentationSupport integration with web content management systems and public-facing web portalsDevelop and manage application-level POA&Ms for identified vulnerabilitiesParticipate in requirements analysis and UI/UX wireframe design Required QualificationsU.S. Citizenship requireSecurity Clearance: minimum T3 required, active Secret or TS/SCI and/or ability to obtainBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of full-stack or application development experienceProficiency in PHPExperience with RESTful APIs and service integration patternsWorking knowledge of Agile/DevSecOps methodologiesFamiliarity with secure coding practices and static analysis toolsUnderstanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAST/DAST tools (Fortify, Sonatype, BurpSuite)Cloud-hosted development environment experienceFederal government or DoD application development background CertificationsSecurity+ or DoD 8570 baseline required
