Our Metal breaks through the noise
Founded by a Scandinavian Metal music fan specialising in Urban Engineering graduating as top of his class at the prestigious Tokyo University, we're not your average pick.
Our international team has members from Japan, Sweden, India, Vietnam and Ukraine, and as we grow it, diversity is something we strive to increase, as having a wide variety of perspectives makes us stronger.
This variety in perspectives is what enables us to see how to revolutionise real estate asset management with a foundation in data and our backgrounds helped us understand that it is not a problem located not only in Japan, but across the globe.
As a part of our business model we're providing data science consultancy services while building the Horai platform.
Creating the next level Real Estate Management platform as a Analytics-as-a-Service
We believe that connecting various industries relating to real estate management and transportation will provide additional insights into what cities could potentially be to not only residents but also tourists.
This we do by creating the Horai platform, providing travelling recommendations and deeper on site experience through a smartphone app specialising in Art and events.
To achieve this we are working with locals in the Setouchi area and also other regions that have Japan's leading art sites, historical resources, gastronomic culture, etc., and international level artists but also collaborating with companies involved in community development and urban development in each region and with international art festivals and art projects.
We continuously strive to create new solutions from nothing, always aiming to create a deeper depth in any experience while considering various regional characteristics and customer characteristics.
