You bring deep experience across frontend and backend, designing, shipping, and running complex systems in production. Beyond your own code, you raise the bar for the whole team through mentorship, strong engineering practices, and a focus on quality and delivery. YOUR MISSION Deliver production features end to end across frontend and backend, owning the full cycle from requirements through architecture, implementation, testing, review, and deploymentMaintain high standards for code quality, type safety, API design, performance, and application securityMake pragmatic architectural decisions based on real-world experience, knowing when to build for scale and when to keep things simpleDesign and maintain engineering standards across the stack, including code review guidelines, testing strategies, architectural patterns, and documentation practicesDefine clear acceptance criteria and automated testing requirements to ensure quality before code reaches production, building these practices iteratively through real deliveryActively mentor and pair with teammates to transfer knowledge and strong engineering patterns - treating this as a core responsibility, not a nice-to-haveIdentify bottlenecks in the development workflow and remove them through better tooling, automation, and lightweight processes (e.g. pre-commit hooks, PR checks, and code health metrics embedded in the workflow) YOUR PROFILE Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience in production environments, with a track record of delivering complex full stack applications end to endProven experience building production-grade frontend applications with modern frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Angular), including state management, testing, and performance optimizationStrong backend expertise in at least one established ecosystem (e.g. TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Go, Java/Kotlin), plus solid understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL), databases, authentication/authorization, and application securityExperience with modern build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices, and core infrastructure/DevOps concepts - you understand how your applications run in production and contribute to operational excellenceStrong opinions and practical experience in maintaining code quality, type safety, and architectural integrity as applications and teams scale, including the use of documentation, playbooks, and internal tooling that others actually rely onComfortable collaborating and presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, energized by making the whole team more productive through mentoring, pairing, and improving engineering practicesGenuine curiosity about and openness to AI-assisted development tools and workflows (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) - you see AI as a way to amplify strong engineering, not replace it WHY JOIN US?
