The Role We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who takes ownership end-to-end, from system design through deployment. You'll turn real-world operational needs, often from military and government stakeholders, into secure, scalable, reliable software that replaces legacy platforms and modernizes how critical services are delivered. Your code runs in mission-critical environments where quality, security, and performance are non-negotiable. This is a senior role with real influence: you'll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to ship features that matter, not tickets that disappear into a backlog. You'll work on products spanning career development, financial wellness, secure records, and the modernization of legacy government systems. Legal entitlement to work in Canada required. TurboVets is currently fully remote in Canada, with a Toronto-area office planned next year. Salary: $140,000–$170,000 CAD, based on experience, plus equity, flexible work policies, and extended health benefits (dental, vision, and more).
